Only 301 copies of the numbered hardcover were created, so they are extremely limited in quantity. Approximately 230 of them were sold during the book launch on Kickstarter so there are very few remaining. Each numbered copy comes with a Bitcoin address and associated private key that provides proof of the book's number.
 
Each copy will be signed by the author with an inscription chosen by the buyer.
